Bring your non-scouting friends: This event is a great recruiting event.
Bring your lunch, or add on the $5 lunch option during registration.
Free camping is available on Friday and/or Saturday for those who are registered.

Open to all Cub Scout families and Potential Cub Scouts!
Program will run from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. We will have shooting sports, fishing, climbing, games, and swimming.
Come and go or stay as long as you’d like. Lunch at Noon.
Make sure to attend the Bobcat Class for your grade level!!
Lions (Kindergarten): 10am
Tigers (1st grade): 11am
Wolf (2nd Grade): 1pm
Bear (3rd Grade): 2pm
Webelos (4th Grade) and AoL (5th Grade): 3pm
Each class will have a craft and go over Bobcat requirements!
Cubtoberfest

Stack up the memories at this year’s Cubtoberfrst.
Shooting sports, climbing, crafts, games, candy, and carnival! All the fun of Haunted Trail without the trail and non-so-haunted trail.
This is a day event, camping is optional and free to all paid participants.
Units that attend can bring their trailer and leave it for the following Haunted Trail weekend.
DEADLINE TO REGISTER IS OCT. 7. NO ADDITIONAL REGISTRATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER THAT DATE!

Shooting sports, climbing, crafts, games, candy, carnival, and of course, the Haunted Trail and non-so-haunted trail!
DEADLINE TO REGISTER IS OCT. 7. NO ADDITIONAL REGISTRATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER THAT DATE! THIS EVENT HAS A LIMIT AND MAY SELL OUT, BE SURE TO SECURE YOUR SPOT.

The Scoutmaster and Scouts that are assigned to your campsite, will be teaching the classes throughout the day. This should allow more time for classes and meal preparation.
We would like for the parents to form their own patrol. They should do elections and have their own duty roster. They should participate in the Saturday evening campfire with a skit, song or cheer.
All the food for your meals will be provided. This includes 3 meals on Saturday and Sunday breakfast. Please bring your meal for Friday night or eat before you check in.
Female Scouts will be paired with Female Troops.
Webelos & AOL Scouts will be in Webelos & AOL classes

Welcome race fans to Black Creek Speedway.
Check in starts at 9am
Three Race Brackets: Please be at the pavilion with your car at least 15 minutes prior to the start of the race.
-Morning: 10am
-District Champs: 12:30pm
-Afternoon: 1:30pm
If you win any of the three brackets, we will have a Grand Finale Showdown Race at 3pm!
“Best in Show” will be judged at 11:45 and announced at lunch. If you want your car to compete, please have it at the pavilion then.
Climbing, shooting, and fishing is available from 10-12, and from 1:30 – 2:30.
Lunch is included and will be served at noon.
You can show up for the day, or camp: Friday night, Saturday night, or both!
