Earn one more merit badge before the end of summer.  Come out to Black Creek and choose from the following: Swimming, Kayaking, Canoeing, Lifesaving, Archery, Rifle, climbing, and more.

Lunch and Dinner on Saturday are included.

Free camping Friday and/or Saturday nights if you are registered for the event.

We recommend camping Friday night due to the early start on Saturday.

👻 Help Bring the Haunted Trail to Life!

Calling all Witches, Warlocks, and Halloween helpers! We’re looking for volunteers to help staff this year’s Cub Scout Haunted Trail and create a spooktacular experience for our Scouts and families!

Whether you’re helping with the Haunted Trail, Not-So-Haunted Trail, activities, or other event areas, we’d love to have you join the fun and help make this year’s event a success.

Staff Registration: $5 per person
Meals: $5 per person

When registering, please be sure to indicate that you are STAFFING the Haunted Trail rather than registering as an event attendee.

🎃 Staff Registration Deadline: October 7

All staff registrations must be completed by October 7. Payments may be made online or at the Council office.

Team Competitions | Cooking Competition | 3k Race Big Dog Competition | White Elephant Auction

Compete in over 45 team competitions! Compete as Scout-Scout or Scout-Adult pairs. Run in the 3k, and Scouts 14 and older can compete in the Big Dawg Competitions!

Have used Scouting/camping/outdoor equipment? Don’t forget to bring it as a donation for the White Elephant Auction!

$20 per person (Friday – Sunday camping and event) or $14 day pass (Saturday only)

According to Scouting America guidelines, all adults camping with a Troop must have an active Scouting America registration. Non-registered adults who wish to participate and compete must come on Saturday only.

The Earth Tribe is a global youth movement and educational initiative by World Scouting that aims to develop environmental leadership skills in young people. The initiative is part of a larger effort to engage young people in the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). The Earth Tribe’s mission is to: Develop awareness, competencies, and leadership skills Create environmental change in communities Contribute to the development of sustainable development competencies The Earth Tribe guides young people through a series of challenges to learn how to connect with nature, become champions for sustainability, and take action for the environment.
